Tutorial?

I started over twice just to make sure the tutorial option was on.
There was nearly no explanation for the various elements of game play.

Of coure, the english was bad.

Eh...

Cool for 24 hour game

This was neat. I'd like to see something built off of this idea.

Am I the only one experiences a skipping problem? Every second or so, the game freezes then jumps. Realllly annoying. Might just be me though.

My vote is for Atomic Noodle.

This is an amazing way to go aout a virtual gallery. Loved it :)
Thanks for sharing your art!

damn haha

You should be choreographing fight scenes for movies.

sweet retro atmosphere

My complaints would be the single unchanging landscape, and the frustrating aim system. The aiming is much too rigid, and since I couldn't see a cross hair with the mouse pointer blending in, it was doubly difficult to tell where I would be shooting next whilst constantly moving about.

Yet the music was great (I don't like christmas music, but I won't lower points based on that personal notion,) the graphics were fun and flashy, the upgrade system was nifty, and I enjoyed the concept of protecting an area so you may continue receiving bonus weapons. Great over all :)

Can't even start

None of the buttons work.

I'm using a trackpad

I got a high score for the day (8th place) just by clicking nothing on tom's left side. lol

If it had been on the original gameboy

it would have been haled a masterpiece of the generation haha :)

There was some trouble recognizing particular interacting elements of the game play, though the hints that appeared throughout where simple and helpful. It had challenge, and was yet forgiving enough. Awesome style, sfx, and music :)

Love the Jurassic Park references.

He left us! He left us!

I guess if you throw a ton of wondrous and exciting elements into a simple idea, you get sort of a concentrated awesome. Here it shows.

Summary

This is a really great plat former/action side scroller. Very artistic and ambient. A lot of emotion within the limited color scale. Enough to make it really pop. With a bit more effort, and extra length I'd pay for a game like this.

"Such a hidden man who instinctively uses speech for silence and concealment and is inexhaustible in evading communication, wants a mask of him to roam the heads and hearts of his friends in his stead, and he makes sure that it does so." - Nietzsche
